Product description : It is mainly used in automotive parts, bathroom hardware, electroforming, connectors, LED brackets, laser components, and other electroplating industries.

It is a high-purity electrolytic nickel product containing sulfur. The manufacturer designed it specifically for electroplating and electroforming companies that prefer anode-free nickel materials. With a standard sulfur content of about 220 ppm, it performs reliably under a wide range of operating conditions and consistently keeps metallic impurities at a low level.

Compared with standard electrolytic nickel rounds, Nickel D Crown(Xstrata) product includes approximately 200 ppm sulfur, which enhances the dissolution rate of nickel and improves overall process efficiency.

Appearance and Properties
The sulfur-containing nickel crown has a smooth, hemispherical shape with a base diameter of about 22 mm, allowing operators to handle and load it easily. It dissolves evenly and sits securely in titanium baskets. The manufacturer also optimizes the packaging for convenient handling, helping operators improve workflow efficiency.
