Product description : Manufacturers produce nickel cathodes by electrolysis, obtaining them after several weeks of processing in nickel sulphate or nickel chloride baths.

There are different sizes for cutting cathodes up to 1200mm long, for electroplating baths. Depending on the type of nickel cathode, we have several possible thicknesses, ranging from 10mm to 16mm.

Uses : Are used as nickel anodes for electrolytic deposits. They are placed in nickel Watt or Wood nickel plating bath. These baths are based on nickel sulphate, nickel chloride and boric acid.

Nickel squares in 1×1 size are manufactured by processing full-size nickel cathodes.

Foundries also use nickel cathodes to produce 2×2 and 4×4 nickel squares.

We offer specially cut according to your needs. We can adjust the lengths and widths, and choose the thickness that suits you.

To ensure proper use, operators place the cathodes in anode bags and attach them to the anodic bar (bus bar) using a titanium hook.

In order to facilitate your use, we can drill the cathodes to the dimensions of your choice.
